Job Responsibilities This position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets. Additionally, this role involves coaching and developing sales team members to maximize their performance and enhance customer relationships.Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the OTC channels.Identify opportunities for product promotion, brand building, and market penetration.Plan and coordinate promotional activities, including advertising campaigns, product launches, and sales promotions.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and success of sales and marketing initiatives.Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets and KPIs.Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to develop the skills and capabilities of the sales team.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and challenges. Experience requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
