Consolidate and forward potential market and sub-distributors for approval. Coordinate with distributors to prepare freezers and other necessary equipment for new sub-distributors opening, stocks and products delivery. Train sub-distributors on field operations, selling skills, stock keeping, merchandising, etc. Support sub-distributors in recruiting tricycle drivers and provide training. Coordinate with Supply Chain team to select proper tricycles for each sub-distributors and follow-up tricycle delivery. Communicate the promotion or new poducts to sub-distributors and tricycle drivers. Plan and execute the visit route plan. Solve operational and other routine issues. ARE YOU A FIT?
