Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic solutions to their needs.• Search for contracts and potential clients and expand new customer base.• Organize, update, and keep records of customers.• Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the management team.• Monitor and follow up on new inquiries of the new customer even coordinating with other branches, warehouses, and transport.• Issue quotation as customer requested.• Handle with complaints and solve any issue for improving customer satisfaction.• Make weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities, profit, and other related report. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:• พัฒนาและรักษาลูกค้าไว้โดยการนำเสนอปรับการแก้ไขปัญหาและเชิงกลยุทธ์ตามความต้องการ• หาผู้ที่มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าและทำสัญญา และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่• จัดระเบียบ อัปเดต และเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลของลูกค้า• บรรลุเป้าหมายเกิน KPI การขายทั้งหมดตามที่ทีมผู้บริหารกำหนด• ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าใหม่ และประสานงานกับสาขา คลังสินค้า และการขนส่งอื่นๆ• ออกใบเสนอราคาตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ• จัดการกับข้อร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาใด ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า• จัดทำกิจกรรมการขายรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน และรายปี กำไร และรายงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง Job Requirement Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 27-40 years• Any gender• Bachelor's degree Logistics or any related field.• Experience in Sales for Logistics, Warehouse Sales Executive fields at least 3 years’ experience Air & Sea Freight.• Able to work independently and a good team player with operations (presentation skills, can work under pressure)• Advanced conversation middle level of English• Has driving license & own car.• Sales can communicate in Chinese middle level (No certificate is fine) is preferable.
