Job Descriptions,Sales proposal on sales target, re-organization, relocation allowance, guarantee incentive payment, etc. or assigned by sales managementSales reports on incentive payment report, CMO promotion & demotion report, Red card report, etc.Control sale materials (monthly & New Year) acquisition costManage inventory and monthly report.Deliver any related information to sales; sales incentive scheme, monthly performance evaluation & promotion, incentive payment information, changes on sales structure, dealer commission, government regulation, etc.Deliver sales incentive payment information to Accounting & HRM Dept.Coaching and support team members on quality improvement and problem solving.Coordinate with management on company projects and audit issues.Coordinate with sale, other dept for any related issues.
