This position reports to the Director, Sales Support Hub, to ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations which base in Bangkok, Thailand.This position is focusing manage sales support team providing proper support to SEA Sales and Service Team which directly impacts revenue generation and customer satisfaction.You will also be responsible for:To manage the Quotation team in ensuring that quotation proposal made is Technically & Commercially acceptable by the sales team in accordance to company strategy & policiesTo support on Sales & Service Order Commercial (Contract Terms & Condition, Contract Policies, Approval Grid Awareness, Trade Finance Policies, Finance Policies and Systems Implementation/Release Support)To ensure that orders are placed correctly and within time frame set.To Support Payment Collection & Order Delivery ExpeditingTo support on Sales & Service Order Logistics related matters (Logistics Terms/Policies, Cost Control & Service Level Monitoring)To support Distribution Channel on CPQ systems, set process for quotation and order handling with distributors.To be responsible of products training of new staff and/or agents and upgrading of existing staff in SEA2To Optimize Sales & Service Work Processes and Maintaining a Good Filing System for proper recordsTo support Sales and the Distribution Channel and manage complaints and issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with sales, service, finance and operations in an effort to solve order issuesTo Prepare and Analyze the monthly report (Order Booking, Backlog, Packed Not Delivered & Net Sales Forecast) for better Sales & Service Target AchievementWork cross functionally to ensure customer expectations are met To succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor’s degree in business engineering, administration or a related field is often preferredTypical minimum relevant experience required: 4-7 yearsGood Experience in LeadershipGood knowledge of operation processes and systemsKnowledge of CRM/SRM are added advantage but not a requirementGood communication and negotiations skillsGood command of spoken and written EnglishGood knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint applicationsGood administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skillsMeticulous working attitudePositive attitude, highly motivated and a team playerWe offer:We offer you a challenging position in an international business environment and a great opportunity to influence the success of our Service business.
