Job Description
Taking responsibility for increasing the sales of the company in both B2B and B2C.Being determined and driving the company to have sales growth through a measurable KPI system with action plans that can be implemented to achieve real results.Being responsible for the work of the sales team. Review team performance and sales targets to ensure they are in line with what the company has set.Being responsible for educating and training Consulting with the team on an ongoing basis.Advising on creating a cosmetic brand - skincare to solve the customer.Working with the human resources department in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Providing training and orientation to new employees Employee performance appraisal and deciding to dismiss employees whose performance does not meet the requirements.Being responsible for ensuring that each team member can meet the individual goals and overall company sales goals.Generating and sending daily sales reports to supervisors.Coordinating with the marketing department so that the team understands how to use marketing to promote sales to achieve goals.Understanding of company industry and sales channels.Expanding the capabilities and determining the direction of the growth of the sales team.Having knowledge and understanding of market changes can improve strategic plans in line with goals.Having an understanding of business systems and practice company tools. Qualifications
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-40 years old.A bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in a business-related course is a requirement.Between 3 and 10 years of experience in the B2B corporate or B2C environment in a similar role in cosmetic Cosmetic/ dietary supplements industries – a big plus.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Benefits of working as a Sales in Bangkok Bangkok:
