Are you the enthusiastic and self-driven HRIS professional we are looking for to join our Asia Pacific HR team?As Senior HR Specialist for HRIS, reporting and payroll:oyou lead our Asia Pacific HRIS development digitalization projects and initiatives to make a difference on Asia Pacific scale.We are currently in process of integrating our scattered payroll systems to one Asia Pacific level solution covering all our countries under one solution (concept, tool, and partner).oYou provide guidance to HR and business on proper usage as the Asia Pacific Workday key user, covering operations in all our countries.This requires a wide understanding of the global people management system (Workday). oYou control our data quality, together with the global HRIS team and operational HR in Asia PacificoYou provide guidance, solutions and support for timely reports and analysis of data.oYou capture development ideas from our current operations and make them into reality with the help of global HRIS team. oOperationally you will be responsible for the monthly payroll for Thailand and Vietnam This is not a back-office job, so you should enjoy interacting with various stakeholders and serving customers. You will report to HR Director, Asia Pacific and in matrix to Director, Global HRIS & Reporting regarding global HR system.Location preference is Thailand, Laem Chabang. We need a person who can see new ways to do things utilizing technology and make the changes happen. Hands-on attitude is needed, and you need to be able to organize your own work. In our team, it is important that you are an honest and a reliable team player as well as willing to learn and do new things.You should have at least bachelor's degree from a relevant field of studies and have preferably at least 7 years of work experience within the Human Resources field from multi-national organizations. Because we work in a global company, you should be a strong communicator (written and verbal) not only in Thai but also in English. You must have experience in HRIS (preferably Workday) and payroll. It doesn’t hurt if you are a wizard with other HR systems, Microsoft office tools and/or social media, because they are important part of our life.
