Job Description

Senior Marketing Executive (Sales) (55K–60K) (SDG-107212)เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายการตลาด (ฝ่ายขาย) • Responsible for the assigned sales/marketing target and objectives are attained for the whole Thailand region.• Responsible to handle and work with distributors, to attain sales/marketing target and objectives for design win projects.• Implementing and executing plans to ensure marketing activities are carried out efficiently, by himself/herself and distributors.• Monitor the marketing activities by distributors are carried out effectively, and reported regularly.• Review and make changes to the marketing plans if necessary, when targets or objectives are not achieved.• Prepare and conduct regular product trainings to distributors.• Coordinate and provide direction for meetings and private shows at the customers’ location.• Provide regular updates on industrial/market/customer situation.• Provide regular updates on competitors’ situation.• Assess strength, quality and effectiveness of our distributors, and recommend changes, enhancements and alternatives required.• Visit new customer and distributors on a regular basis by personal car ( 2-3 days and 5-6 clients a week in Industrial area) and online tools.• Submit weekly visit/activity plans • Submit weekly reports, on the activities done• Required to handle quality issues, highlighted by customers• Other tasks will be assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • รับผิดชอบเป้าหมายการขาย/การตลาดที่ได้รับมอบหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ให้บรรลุทั่วทั้งภูมิภาคประเทศไทย• รับผิดชอบในการจัดการและทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดจำหน่าย เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย/การตลาดและวัตถุประสงค์สำหรับโครงการที่ชนะการออกแบบ• การดำเนินการและดำเนินการตามแผนเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมทางการตลาดดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยตนเองและผู้จัดจำหน่าย• ติดตามการดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดของผู้จำหน่ายให้มีประสิทธิภาพและมีรายงานเป็นประจำ• ทบทวนและเปลี่ยนแปลงแผนการตลาดหากจำเป็น เมื่อไม่บรรลุเป้าหมายหรือวัตถุประสงค์• จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับผู้จัดจำหน่ายเป็นประจำ• ประสานงานและกำหนดทิศทางการประชุมและการแสดงส่วนตัว ณ สถานที่ของลูกค้า• ให้ข้อมูลอัปเดตเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์อุตสาหกรรม/ตลาด/ลูกค้าเป็นประจำ• ให้ข้อมูลอัปเดตสถานการณ์ของคู่แข่งอย่างสม่ำเสมอ• ประเมินคุณภาพ และประสิทธิผลของผู้จัดจำหน่าย และแนะนำการเปลี่ยนแปลง การปรับปรุง และทางเลือกอื่นที่จำเป็น• เข้าพบลูกค้าและผู้จัดจำหน่ายรายใหม่เป็นประจำโดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว (2-3 วันและลูกค้า 5-6 รายต่อสัปดาห์ในเขตอุตสาหกรรม) และเครื่องมือออนไลน์• ส่งแผนการเข้าพบ/กิจกรรมรายสัปดาห์• ส่งรายงานประจำสัปดาห์เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมที่ทำ• จำเป็นในการจัดการปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ ที่ลูกค้าเน้นย้ำ• งานอื่นๆ จะได้รับมอบหมาย

Job Requirement

- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or Sales/Marketing concentration• At least 3-5 years of related experience, in sales/marketing roles in Electronics Components/Automotive Parts/Plastic/Metal/Press/Air Conditioner Parts Industry• Computer skill, Strong in Microsoft Office software• Clear and intelligible oral and written communication abilities.• Exhibits characteristics such as tenacity, courtesy, perseverance, and detail orientation.• Effective organizational skills.
