About the Company Our client is a well-known company in Food Industry which now seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.Monitor sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including key accounts.Address customer inquiries and concerns, exceeding expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.Track and analyze sales performance data to ensure achievement of financial goals.Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve their full potential. Experience requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales management role within the food industry.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact confidently with international clients.A deep understanding of the food industry, market trends, and customer needs.
