Understand the business strategy and driving the results

Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge and the products, service, rates and new developments and key competitions, and an awareness of general industry trends.

Continually review the actual production pf each account against the potential for that account, and review suggestions for improvement with department leadership

Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and action planning

•Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a 4*+ hotel.

•Need candidate who has experience in Hotel Industry especially in part of Sales Manager with good attitude, fast learning, hunter and good grooming.

•Excellent written and oral communication skills

•Team player

•Attention to detail

•Self motivated

•Effective time management
