Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will have two primary responsibilities;  The training curriculum, execution and ongoing market support of Avery Dennison & Mactac branded products for the Thailand and Vietnam countries specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Wrapping films (SWF, UWF) and Automotive Window Films (AWF).  Managing the Training & technical support with our Technical, Marketing & Commercial organizations. The purpose & scope of the role: Be integral to the Automotive Solutions segment for Thailand and Vietnam by driving customer-focused value-added services, application & warranty support and internal/external training programs aligned with local business strategy. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE : Technical lead and support the implementation of the Automotive Solutions strategy across Thailand and Vietnam Develop and deliver market-leading PPF, SWF and Automotive Window Film application workshops, providing up-to-date and relevant content and practical skills to users of Avery Dennison products. Manage the Training & technical support in collaboration with Technical, Marketing & Commercial stakeholders.  Lead internal technical upskilling of our Technical, Marketing & Commercial teams in the areas of PPF, SWF and  AWF applications. Technical lead for the development and management of template design and maintenance Assess critical warranty claims, identify root causes and develop corrective action plans Participate in workshops, seminars, and training-related events within the Automotive industry for professional development  Support the implementation and certification of the Specialist Converter and Installer Network throughout Thailand and Vietnam Regularly research the latest training trends and resources within the Automotive industry Undertake and deliver on objectives for special new product introduction, application and research projects as required Drive quality initiatives ensuring total quality satisfaction for our customers. Actively support the Avery Dennison ICS Warranty Program by qualifying and issuing ICS Warranties in Thailand and Vietnam for programs identified by sales and marketing staff. Support the evaluation in qualifying raw materials & new products by understanding customer needs and evaluation (VOC) for locally, regionally or globally manufactured products Review and produce technical documentation for Thailand and Vietnam; Including Product Data Sheets and Instructional Bulletins Recommend processes and procedures for Technical support for distribution and converter customers in conjunction with Technical Marketing, Sales & Marketing teams Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports in relation to technical activities. Joint field calls with strategic customers to help deliver incremental business through targeted share-gain programs  Build & maintain professional and regular contact with Divisions overseas U.S, Europe and Asia Pacific to ensure relationships and information flow Interstate and international travel for training, conferences and meetings will be required up to monthly Qualifications You will be a quick study with the ability to analyse the situation and think laterally on the fly, whilst working in alignment with the Avery Dennison company values and practising the Avery Dennison Leadership Principles. You will need to be able to work unsupervised and ensure tasks are completed within the allocated time frames. You will have a positive and fun attitude whilst maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour when engaging with customers and team members. Five (5) years of industry experience in the application and training of Paint Protection Film (PPF) , Color Wrapping films and Automotive Window Films (AWF) Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Exposure to Technical /Sales / Marketing Management General business process understanding, with a knowledge of the links between customers, production planning and manufacturing, and delivery A relatively sophisticated level of computer skills, with a strong preference being given to candidates with experience in the following environments: Google Suite, Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe CC etc. Technical aptitude/understanding  Additional Information AVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER
