Responsibilities Responsible for handling all incoming calls (local / overseas).Welcoming visitors, solving their problems and providing information to fulfill visitors’ and staff’s requirement in a satisfactory and professional manner. Coordinating with juristic persons in any matter and distributing mails and parcels to respective partners and tenants without delayEnsure all meeting rooms are set up as per user's requirement and ensure the cleanliness and availability of all required stationery are arranged.Monitor the work of office maid and tea lady on a day-to-day basis. Required qualifications · Diploma or Degree in any fields.· Good command of English and computer literacy.· Service-minded, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Background as telephone operator and receptionist is preferred.
