Job Responsibilities As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market share within your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and partners.Identifying new business opportunities and driving product adoption in the market.Providing product training and support to customers to ensure optimal utilization and satisfaction.Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies. Experience requirements Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the healthcare or life science industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Fluent in Thai and English.
