  Job description 
 
 
 
  We currently have an exciting opportunity available for experienced event managers in Bangkok.

 -Target new business opportunities in the wholesale & leisure segment including catering, events, parties, celebration, meeting and banquet, etc.
 -Closely monitor accounts revenue and business production for wholesale and leisure accounts.
 -Develop and maintain a contact and customer database.
 -Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
 -Establish an effective sales call by key customer, contacts etc.
 -Maintain a clear line of communications to all operations concern.
 -Work to achieve goals and objectives.
 -Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
 -Manage the production of events, including event flow, construction, performance, etc.
 -Develop post-event analysis and coming up with suggestions to enhance the next event’s success.
 Manage vendors and suppliers.
 -Ensure marketing events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

 -ตรวจสอบบัญชีรายรับและธุรกิจอย่างใกล้ชิดสำหรับบัญชีขายส่งและการพักผ่อน
 -พัฒนาและรักษาฐานข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อและลูกค้า
 -จัดทำข้อเสนอการขายให้กับลูกค้าโดยใช้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้อย่างชัดเจน
 -สร้างการขายที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับลูกค้ารายสำคัญ ฯลฯ
 -รักษาสายการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจนต่อข้อกังวลเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมด
 -ทำงานเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์
 -ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการทางธุรกิจ
 -จัดการการผลิตของเหตุการณ์รวมถึงการไหลของเหตุการณ์การก่อสร้างประสิทธิภาพ ฯลฯ
 -พัฒนาการวิเคราะห์หลังเหตุการณ์และเสนอข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงความสำเร็จของกิจกรรมต่อไป
 -จัดการผู้ขายและซัพพลายเออร์
 -มั่นใจว่ากิจกรรมทางการตลาดเสร็จสมบูรณ์อย่างราบรื่นและก้าวขึ้นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
  - Fluent in Thai language in both spoken and written form is a must
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales - event, hotel, restaurant 
 - Ideally from a respected 4/5 star hotel or leader of the event/banquet industry
 - Existing Network / Contact / Customers
 - Creative mindset who can propose new idea for the events.
 - Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
 - Good organization and planning skills.
 - Be able to work under pressure and work independently.
 - Proficient English, both oral and written.
 - Have ability to manage multiple projects at once - - with varying priority levels and adhering to strict timelines.
