Job Description - Administrative Staff (Admin & HR) / Salary up to 40K / BTS Chong Nonsi
Job description: - Performing administration duties, e.g., issuing invoices, booking hotels and company cars, and ordering office supplies. - Preparing documents to support internal staff, such as time attendance, work permits, 90-day reports, manuals, and document translation. - Perform human resource management activities (Jobcan system), procedures related to the transfer or return of Japanese expatriates, recruiting staff for replacement, and expanding the team.
Qualifications: - Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field, if graduated with human resource is an advantage - Having human resources or related at least 1 year - Intermediate Japanese and English conversational skills (JLPT N3 minimum) - Strong interpersonal skills and be proactive working
