In this position you will....

…work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to review and deliver the sales plan and initiatives. This will involve the development of a strong working relationship with a range of stakeholders at both executive and operational level.

You will be responsible for…
  • Delivering an effective performance goal based on product volume, revenue, or any custom measure.
  • Communicating with partners to understand their needs and provide product value.
  • Building relationships with partners based on trust and respect.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to study more about consumer behavior.
  • Keeping accurate records for composing an effective sales plan.
  • Maintaining an updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying customer needs and trends.
  • Ensuring effective communication internally and externally, especially in receiving and sharing feedback.

  • You will require the following qualifications and skills
  • A Thai national
  • Possess a degree in business or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sales, client-facing role.
  • Possess strong presentation, planning, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and/or requests with a sense of urgency and could be impartial and objective.
  • Strong team player, adaptable and versatile in working style
  • Independent, energetic, passionate, proactive, customer focus, and results oriented.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
