YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
JobSummary
Implementing thebusiness plan as well as carrying out sales and marketing activities to achieveoverall business targets. Keeping close relationship with existing key businesspartners; customers, suppliers. Delivering sales target.
Duties& Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing Activities BusinessAchievements:
Drive the business for EmulsionPolymerization & Adhesive Industry. Maximize the sales and profit to achievecompany target. Initiate, set the clear plan for short termand long term and drive and execute the business plan to reach company target. Monitoring working capital and increaseprofitability. Develops and manages the sales forecastprocess that meet the business requirement. Coordinate with related function i.e IMM,Technical team, Supply chain, Customer service etc, for effectiveness result. Monitors and controls stock position anddebtors, ensures a proper inventory level of all products assigned. 2. Sales Activities:
Take responsible to handle Key Customer i.e.,GKA/RKA/LKA. Conduct market research to identify sellingpossibilities and evaluate in key customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities andkeep updated of Project Pipeline. Set up meetings with potential clients andlisten to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentationson products and services Create frequent reviews and updated reportsin CRM System. Ensure the availability of stock for sales byconnecting with the customer to input Forecast Accuracy. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaintsor objections. Collaborate with team members to achievebetter results. Gather feedback from customers or prospectsand share with internal teams. 3. Business Development & SupplierManagement:
Key Driver the project development for KeySuppliers and other value suppliers in Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Industry. Generates and keeps updating marketing plansfor relevant products in full cooperation with suppliers. Strengthens long-term relationship and alignthe strategy to achieve the target with existing key business partners to expandproducts/market portfolio. Initiates regular market surveys in therelated industries to monitor trends as well as identify a new business opportunity. Developsthe business through new opportunity and ensure the maximum sales andprofit growth achieved. 4. Others:
Perform other activities as may be assignedby supervisor.
YOUR PROFILE
Job Requirements/Specification:
Education: bachelor’s degree in science or a related field
Experience: At least 5 years in sales & marketing in Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Business
Others:
Fair in accounting & financial management Market and customer-oriented. Good English proficiency Presentation and Interpersonal skills Negotiation skill. Problem Solving Growth Mindset Hunting Spirit
