  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

  • Coordinate with the marketing department to align sales efforts
  • Analyze sales data to drive performance improvements
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the retail business
  • Proven track record in sales management
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong understanding of business operations and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
