Job Description - Assistant HR Manager Client Services

Our client is a well known oil and gas company.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of contracts for new employees, renewal of contracts and orientation of new employees.
  • Prepare training materials and follow up and evaluate the training results.
  • Emphasis on payroll for employees (Payroll).
  • Prepare tax (Por Ngor Dor 1) and social security forms.
  • Implementation of employee welfare, such as issuing employee cards, uniforms, car reservations.
  • Prepare personnel documents and general document work.
  • Perform various other tasks as assigned. 
  • Requirements:

  • No gender restriction, age 30+ years old.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Have working experience in general staff care of 5 years or more.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of labor relations and labor law.
  • Good skills in using MS Office tools such as Pivot.
  • Have a private car and can travel outside the area.
  • ***Experience in making employee payroll (payroll) is a plus***
