Job Description - Assistant HR Manager - Recruitment & HRD


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.

  • At least 7 years experiences in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields

  • Strong background in Recruitment Manufacturing & HRD

  • Good command of English

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

 



  • Responsible for overall HR functions, recruitment, training, HRD, compensation & benefits and other related fields

  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for company

  • Coach team member to run both recruitment operation and project activities properly and effectively

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations

  • Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, Public board arrangement and information sharing

  • Prepare report and support management
