Collaborate with assigned countries to align HR policies with business objectives.
Conduct detailed analyses and research to enhance HR efficiency and productivity.
Lead and coordinate with HR partners to develop and implement high-quality HR systems, including employee information management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
Coordinate with various functional areas to implement HR practices.
Manage assigned Organization Development projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Psychology, or related field.
A Minimum 3-6 years' experience in Organization Development, HRD or People & Culture Transformation.
Proficient in English.
Self-motivated with strong leadership skills with knowledgeable in skills development and capacity-building strategies.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to prioritize, delegate tasks, and manage multiple projects.
Quick learner with proficiency in organizational and talent management systems.
