Job Description - Assistant Sales Manager (Logistics Section)

Our client is trader of products worldwide in infrastructures such as telecommunications and energy, auto parts, electronic and IT equipment.

Positions: Assistant Sales Manager – Logistics Section
Location: BTS/MRT line
Working time: Flexible time, Hybrid (Normal: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30)
Base Salary: 35,000 – 45,000

Responsibility:

Sales Assistant
Build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers, and desires
Confirming, negotiating, making decision, or getting approval for issues related to daily support work or projects.
Develop logistics partners which have expertise in each logistics services.
Cost and quality management
Monitor and oversee daily operations including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehouse, transportation and others.
Cost Management; Control and Reduction.
Resolving any queries and issues highlighted by customers.
Establish and continuously improve delivery and transportation methods that are fast, cost efficient and sustainable.
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.
Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.
Perform other works assigned by Senior Manager.
