Job Description:
Product Idea Development
Determines customers' needs and target segment for certain products Develop product positioning, value proposition and messages that differentiates our products / funds from the market Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product life cycle changes. Product Launch Plan
Work closely with stakeholders to plan the launch of new products and releases Product Marketing Communication
Communicate the value proposition of the products to stakeholders Develop sales tools that support the selling process of products launch Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for products Develop messaging for local marketing campaigns that can be effectively used across departments and by partners Prepare and conduct presentation regarding product marketing area for required events Market Intelligence
Obtain product market share to develop product sales strategies Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products Understand the market through sales insight, market research and competitive analysis Become an expert in the category and bring relevant information to the executive team in clear and effective presentation Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any related fields Minimum 7 years of work experience in the banking/life insurance industry Experience in product marketing in life insurance would be an advantage Willing and able to acquire and implement new skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in project management Good command of English
