Job Description - Construction Manager - Retail Business

About Our Client

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Background and degree in Civil Engineering
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in land, shop, or store construction is preferable.
  • Strong ability to work independently with a dynamic, active, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards.
