Digital Marketing Manager

 This position is devise and run digital marketing campaigns for consumer products as end to end. He/she also has responsibility to perform campaign testing, fine tune and optimize campaign performance to get efficient result, oversee AIG digital assets, monitor market trend to get key insights and improve digital campaigns. Liaise with all stakeholders including media agency to ensure digital activities are on and run smoothly.

 Key Job Responsibilities:
 
 Build, deploy and optimize a portfolio of digital assets to support search, quote and bind. Integrated portfolio of assets (website and apps) that drive customer engagement and sales.
 
 Actively deploy tools and approaches that generate leads, quotes and sales. Build Search, Contextual, Programmatic strategies, optimized by product, to increase lead generation. Leverage new formats and channels to market with a focus on video, digitized ATL.
 
 Optimize increased lead with increased conversion (reduce leakage points). Move towards audience and customer targeting with cross-device optimization. Utilize tools including test & target
 
 Increase customer engagement across AIG Digital platforms and assets. Content strategy deployed across locally relevant social media. Customer portals to deliver leading customer experience. Alternate contact strategies in market – email, SMS, messaging.
 
 Listen, Track and Analyze effectiveness of Digital Marketing efforts. Clear and comprehensive data strategy developed and implemented. Data assets unlocked to inform sales, listening and engagement strategies. Toolsets to support real time reporting
 
 Engage and work with key existing and new partners to deliver innovative digital solutions. Appoint fit for purpose partners to achieve strategic and business objectives. Build strong direct relationships with key partners (Google, Facebook, LINE). Leverage technology to help deliver new solutions (Albert AI, Chatbot.
 
  What we are looking for 
 
 Bachelor/Master degree with 6-10 years of working experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Consumer Goods. Insurance/Banking is preferred.
 
 Excellent command of English skills.
 
 Experienced in SEO, SEM, GDN, Google Analytics, also Data analysis skills using MS Excel/MS Access.
