Asan Enterprise Sales Leader here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role indriving revenue growth and leading the sales efforts for our HoneywellConnected Industrial business in Thailand. This is a sales-quota carrying role,where you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementingstrategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing markettrends to identify new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales,leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's salesperformance and contribute to its overall business success and marketleadership.
You will report directly to our Regional Sales Director and you’ll work out ofour Bangkok, Thailand location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achievingbusiness objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, andleading a high-performing team. You will also have the opportunity to engageclosely with our Integrated Supply Chain team to implement strong processes andbetter serve our customers. As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play acritical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them performat their best and drive change across the company.
