They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for solar solutions, focusing on both EPC projects and solar panel sales. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in Thailand.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for solar EPC projects and panel sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with new customers, including developers, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Be able to work independently, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solar solutions and closing deals. Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and evaluate opportunities for growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experince 3-5 years success in sales management, preferably in solar energy. Strong understanding of solar EPC processes, project development lifecycle, and technical aspects of solar energy systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets in a competitive market.
