Job Description - Head of Sales and Marketing (GT,MT)

Our client is a well-known supplement product. The company requires a well-organized and highly motivated person to work in the position of Head of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Meeting sales targets and taking care of customer requirements (MT, GT).

Managing the payment process from customers and coordinating with the Financial and Accounting department.

Learning about the company's products to offer professional recommendations to customers.

Preparing reports regarding competitor trends (new products, prices, and promotions) for the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.

Analyzing data to establish mechanisms to increase sales, such as selling more products to existing customers and finding new customers.

Visiting key customers and building relationships with potential distributors, being a business consultant, and introducing products that fit the channel.

Looking for new clients as recommended by the company.

Working with related departments, such as Finance, Production Planning, Marketing, and Logistics.

Qualifications

35 - 45 years old, male or female.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing at the management level.

Prior experience in a supplement or FMCG business will be an advantage.

Good relationship skills and service mind.

Able to visit customers in Bangkok and upcountry.

Good planning and negotiation skills.

Proactive and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Computer literate (MS Office).
