Job Description - HR Account Specialist
Responsibilities · Being the focal point of contact for blue-collar recruitment payroll, compensation & benefits. · Partnering closely with HR business partners to provide end-to-end delivery of HR services · Communicating HR initiatives and ensuring implementation · Preparing the monthly payroll, conducting necessary processes, and ensuring correct payment of salary, overtime, and other allowances under legal requirements and internal procedures. · Being responsible for payment of legal charges, social security, income tax, labor dues, etc. · Coordinating day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs as well as learning service · Provide support and problem solutions regarding HR issues Qualifications Qualifications · Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, payroll, HR compensation, and benefits in manufacturing enviorenment · Good problem-solving, project management, and computer skills · Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills · Good command of written and spoken English · Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment · Motivated and driven personality · Higher skills in PC Software Literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Experience in an MNC company in a manufacturing environment and dealing with multi-country stakeholders is an advantage. · Position based at Bangpu plant, Samutprakarn Schedule: Full-time Req: WFJ
