Job Description - HR Admin Manager

Our client is Big firm Japanese Manufacturing company .

Position: HR Admin Manager
Salary: 60,000 – 70,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Ayuthaya

Key Responsibilities of the position:

Responsible for overall HR strategic planning.
Budgeting planning.
Provide advice to workers about company rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
Responsible for work recruitment and selection of employees including arranging interviews and hiring staff.
Supervise and responsible for employee training and development and organize various trainings for employees.
Responsible for labor relations employee activities Receive complaints and resolve issues
Responsible for overall HR strategic planning.
Any others project if assigned.
