Job Description
- Responsible for HR functions e.g. Recruitment, Welfare & Benefits, Attendant, Office Admin tasks, Evaluation, etc.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Evaluating, improving and implementing the compensation, welfare, benefits and allowance policies and systems.
- Managing employee relations
- Support Director about employee's stuffs
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- Have experience in HR functions 4-5 years up
- Experience in recruitment at least 1 year
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and other HR tools
- Able to work independently and also be a good team player
- Able to make good relationship with employees and management team
