Job Description - HR and Admin (Japanese Speaking) - Near Central Bangna

Our client is providing reliable, competitive machines & equipment according to customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all Japanese staff (e.g. arranging a car, booking a hotel, booking an Air ticket, booking golf).
  • Translating between Thai-Japanese and Japanese-Thai.
  • Responding to Japanese employees’ questions.
  • Preparing HR documents(e.g.Time attendance) and reporting to HR Manager.
  • Interpreting languages during meetings.
  • Handling other tasks as assigned.

    • Qualifications:

  • Good command of Japanese.
  • JLPT N1 or N2 only.
  • Experience as Japanese Coordinator, Interpreter, and Admin.
  • Female only.
  • Able to start working immediately or within 7-14 days.
  • Service Mind.
