Job Description - HR Assistant (Chinese Speaking)

Our client is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, with integrated solutions across four key domains – telecom networks, IT, smart devices, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Handling administrative duties to facilitate the department’s business requirements, for instance, reimbursement, etc.
  • Supporting HR to facilitate business requirements through HR’s roles and responsibilities, for instance, recruitment, performance management, atmosphere development, team conference, etc.
  • Being responsible for administrative and operation interface internally and externally, for smoothness of HR & Admin procedures to complete within the time frame.
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • Providing coordination for company events.
  • Designing and initiating employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
  • Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
  • Contacting person for internal system issues.
  • Preparing material for internal announcements.
  • Handling other duties as assigned to meet business and operation needs.
  • Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor's degree or above. 
  • Experience in several functions of HR.
  • Excellent communication skills, Coordination, Negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
  • Mature and hardworking, Good team player and Individual contributor.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good Command of English both spoken and written.
  • Chinese language is a must.
