Job Description - HR Business Partner, Thailand

Job Description

Overview of duties

  • The position is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the best HR strategy possible including recruitment, talent management and mobility activities for Local Status Employees and for Expatriate Status Employees to support the company’s growth and development.
  • He/ She will partner with Department Heads to implement consistent and fair employment conditions and practices in compliance with Human Resources internationally recognized and within the country labor code and local regulations.

    Main Responsibilities

    Administrative management

  • Maintain and update policies and procedures and other human resources matters.
  • - Ensure the legality of Administrative and HR’s documents.

    - Organize administrative activities (including material facilities, working facilities, property management, working environment, external relations with local authorities, building culture in company, etc.)

    Recruitment & Training

    - Develop proper recruitment plan to attract and retain talents at optimum cost.

    - Prepare recruitment budget and monitor approved budget vs actual.

    - Conduct recruitment process for selection of right candidate for all vacant positions;

    - Ensure recruitment tools are used widely and to the best efficiency possible and promote every opportunity for to be visible in all recruitment channels available within the country.

    - Handle entire process of on boarding till the completion probation, also entire process of off boarding

    - Manage ILM platform for user creation/deletion, change and transfer.

    - Build up and execute all training & development activities for employees includes mandatory course for new joiners, refresher course, and manage ELC platform.

    - Manage the annual PMS and work closely with all BUs for annual salary increment, bonus, and promotion as well as PIP plan if any

    Employer branding and engagement activity

  • Plan and organize company activities and special employee benefits programs related to engagement and employer branding (Year End Party, Company Trip, Annual check up, Occasional gifts, etc.)
  • Other exceptional welfare as timely request such as funeral assistance and wreath
  • Coordinate with employer branding team on the promotion of international activity, social media platform, group contest
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree with 5 or more years of experience in human resources related field 
  • Experience in recruitment, training, HR policies, employer branding and other business related HR functions 
  • Good Thai and English language skills 
  • Good communication skills, business mindset and organizational skills.
