Overview of duties
He/ She will partner with Department Heads to implement consistent and fair employment conditions and practices in compliance with Human Resources internationally recognized and within the country labor code and local regulations.
Main Responsibilities
Administrative management
- Ensure the legality of Administrative and HR’s documents.
- Organize administrative activities (including material facilities, working facilities, property management, working environment, external relations with local authorities, building culture in company, etc.)
Recruitment & Training
- Develop proper recruitment plan to attract and retain talents at optimum cost.
- Prepare recruitment budget and monitor approved budget vs actual.
- Conduct recruitment process for selection of right candidate for all vacant positions;
- Ensure recruitment tools are used widely and to the best efficiency possible and promote every opportunity for to be visible in all recruitment channels available within the country.
- Handle entire process of on boarding till the completion probation, also entire process of off boarding
- Manage ILM platform for user creation/deletion, change and transfer.
- Build up and execute all training & development activities for employees includes mandatory course for new joiners, refresher course, and manage ELC platform.
- Manage the annual PMS and work closely with all BUs for annual salary increment, bonus, and promotion as well as PIP plan if any
