Job Purpose

The role of HR Business Partner will be to lead, design and execute people strategies in line with the organization and function imperatives for the Thailand GCO team to enable achievement of business strategies. The incumbent will act as the lead for all people interventions for the region, including end to end life cycle management, design and implement HR practices for creating a highly customer centric organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the people agenda for the function
  • Design innovative practices and ensure implementation of people life cycle management
  • Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensure timely capturing of inputs, work with Finance & external payroll partner and ensure timely disbursement of salary
  • Ensure all compliances are timely updated in the system
  • Manage and oversee office administration
  • Work with Leadership team (Country Manager / Regional Managers - Sales & Service / Marketing / HR / Finance to ensure due HR support
  • Ensure timely hiring of all positions within timelines
  • Ensure continuous skill upgradation of manpower through specific learning interventions, ensure quality checks to continuously modify the learning agenda as per business requirements
  • Oversee the implementation of the learning & development (L&D) plan by monitoring the Learning dashboard and ensure that all people attend mandatory trainings and workshops (Instructor Led Training / E-learning)
  • Ensure completion of performance management process (PMS) process on time with due adherence to guidelines
  • Monitor engagement scores and drive employee engagement by implementing new initiatives
  • Implement and roll out HR processes and policies for the region and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
  • Ensure flawless database management in HRMS, ensure on time and correct reports, undertake periodic audits, ensure timely updation of manpower data (joining and exits) are captured in system- draw analytics for decision making
  • Provides support and guidance to Leadership team, Sales & Service Managers and other team members when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Ensure due adherence to compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices and conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Ensure cordial workplace by conducting regular team celebrations / recognition events


Work Experience

Education

  • Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (Full Time) in Human Resources / Psychology / related field
  • Full Time Bachelors Degree - Any specialization
  • Specialization in Human Resources


Experience

  • 8+ years experience in a similar role in an HRBP role for customer facing functions (Sales / Service / Dealership)
  • Proven experience of working directly with Leadership team
  • Exposure to COE functions (Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development / Talent Management)
  • Knowledge of latest HR Digital tools and practices, experience in implementation of any such tools
