Job Description

JD : HR 30% , GA 70%

-Perform Japanese coordination for Expatriate as JP-HR & GA Coordinator and Japanese Translator (HR & GA).
-Support Admin-GM's assignment related to HR & GA.
-Coordinate and support communication for Japanese employees related to HR & GA Services.
-Support any other issues related with Administration department in Japanese language.
-Support HR & GA Service Center (Such as; Visa & Work Permit, Phone Operator, Reservation Center (Car, Hotel, Flight, etc.), and Office Admin.)
-Support Japanese Recruitment as coordinator based on assignment.
-Support Overseas Business Trip's tasks.
-Support Employee Relations tasks and internal communication.
-Coordinate and support Seminar & Training Coordination in Overseas.
-Assist Supervisor in any requests.
-Support any HR & GA's projects and tasks assigned by HR & GA Manager.
