Job Description - HR & GA Officer

The Company is Japanese company, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as
Payroll HR GA Officer (Work around BTS Chidlom, Bangkok)
Position :          Payroll Officer
Location:          BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Business:           Electronic parts

Salary: 30,000 – 35 ,000 THB / month

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM

Job Description

Handling payroll operation, all processes. time attendance control, leave record, OT calculation, incomes and deduction.
Payroll, welfare and benefits administration, update and maintain employee personal data and contact, also support annual personal income tax submission.
VISA and Work permit process for expat.
Payroll all processes, deduct Tax, OT calculation, SSO, Provident Fund, PND 1.
Compensation and benefits.
Handling HR activities, company outing, and other welfare service.
Dealing with government department.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualification

Welcoming Thai
Experience over 3 years in Payroll, HRM.
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
Ability to communicate in English.
Knowledge in Social security fund, Personal income tax, Labour and other related law.
Can communicate writing and verbal in English with foreign staff.
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
Able to travel to work around BTS Chidlom area, Bangkok.
