Job Description - HR Generalist (Start-Up) - BTS Thonglor

Our client is the fastest-growing e-sports company in Asia. Owns and operates a portfolio of leading global esports teams.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and will work closely with all levels of management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Managing recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

Providing support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, employee relations issues, and performance management.

Administering employee benefits programs and supporting open enrollment processes.

Maintaining and updating HR records and files, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all information.

Developing and delivering HR-related training and communication programs to employees.

Partnering with HR Manager and other departments to support company initiatives and projects.

Conducting research and providing recommendations on HR best practices and current labor laws.

Supporting HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

Qualifications

30-35 years old, Thai only.

Bachelor's Degree in Administration or any related field.

At least 3 years of experience in HRM, HRD from Startup companies, Ecommerce, Online, Gaming, and Tech Industries is a must.

Strong background in Payroll, compensation & benefit, and work permit visa.

Good command of English both written and spoken.

Having a background in a Startup company would be an advantage.

Familiar with working with international companies, and dynamic companies.

Able to work 5 days/week at the office, BTS Thonglor.
