Job Description - HR Manager

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields

At least 10 year-experience in HR generalist role from Large Manufacturing Company

Experiences from Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing is preferred.

Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, ER, Labor Union, Payroll and GA fields

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Design, plan and implements as company’s employee relations programs, policies and procedures

Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction

Control testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
