Collaborates with top management to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Manage and monitor all human resources operations: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits.
Plan workforce to meet manpower needs. Optimize resources for the company's best performance.
Implement HR policies and processes in line with internal control policy.
Monitor trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Produce a budget, according to business plans and KPI targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
5 years of working experience as an HR generalist, HRM, or HRBP.
Great analytical and people skills.
Ability to help the management team drive a strategy with strong attention to detail.
