Design and strategize Human Resources (HR) across various aspects to align with company direction and needs, such as organizational structure and compensation.
Develop and oversee HR processes to meet company requirements, including recruitment, employee relations, organization development and performance evaluation.
Monitor and enhance HR processes to adapt to organizational changes and relevant laws.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, particularly in organization development and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of Labor laws, labor relations, and other relevant regulations related to HR management including taxes and social security.
A fast learner, adaptable to diverse and constantly changing environments.
Detail-oriented in job performance.
Proficient in various basic computer programs, especially Excel.
