Job Description - HR Officer Focus on Visa & Work Permit (MRT Petchaburi)

Duties & Responsibilities

Being responsible for issuing Visa and work permit for Expatriate Staff.

Preparing all necessary documents to apply for work permits and visas by coordinating with Expatriate Staff.

Managing all schedules and processes of Visa, work permit applications, and 90 days notification.

Handling all problems which are related to any Visa and work permit issues.

Making a good relationship with Labor Department and immigration officer to make all application processes and negotiations more smooth.

Handling all cancelation and extension processes of Visa and work permits.

Supporting HR Admin tasks, for example managing HR-related documents.

Qualifications

Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-30 years old.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

At least 1 years’ experience in Visa & Work Permit Process.

Coordination skills between Thai and Japanese people.

Good Command and clear communication of English.
