• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• At least 3 years up of experience in Payroll works.
• Able to communicate in English
• Experience in large organization is an advantage
• Experience in Power Vision Program or similar HRIS is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with massive data
• Have good management skills
• Be well organized, Flexible and Reliable
• Computer literacy: strong Microsoft excel skills and relate payroll systems
• Have good knowledge related with Social Security Law, Tax and Revenue, Welfare
• As well as Labor Law
• Manage payroll works
• Monitor and assist team on payroll issues
• Prepare report on earnings, taxes, and deductions and resolving issues regarding payroll.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
• Provide related report to the Management
• Preparing Labor Cost and Budget
• Perform other HR duties as assigned
• Assist HR Manager in other necessary HR Management issues
