Job Description - HR Senior Manager

They are looking for HR Senior Manager who is passionate about HR and has people-oriented charisma to handle full spectrum HRM & HRD strategy.

Responsibilities

Developing corporate plans for all HRM & HRD includes manpower planning, performance management, training, compensations and benefits, employee engagement, labor law, and regulations compliance.

Leading a team of HR and developing strategy, implementing strategic HR goals, plans, and tactics aligned with company business demands and policies.

Providing information and suggestions to the management team in managing, conducting, and implementing corporate policies related to human resources operations, manpower planning, policies, and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate direction.

Overseeing the development and implementation of company core values, and key performance measurement into the performance management system.

Maintaining a positive relationship with staff, ensuring any employee grievances are monitored and resolved, and promoting employee satisfaction.

Being a partner with the head of each department to provide advice on HR matters.

Qualifications

More than 7 years of professional experience in managing HR teams.

Experience in the full spectrum of HRM & HRD includes Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, C&B, and Training.

Good knowledge of Thai labor law and regulations.

Pleasant personality, people and result-oriented, systematic thinking, good problem-solving skill, responsible, highly motivated person, and good team player.

Good command of English
