Job Description - HR Service Support

Responsibilities

Organizing and maintaining personnel records.

Preparing HR documents.

Answering employees’ queries about HR-related issues.

Updating internal databases with new hire information.

Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).

Performing other assignments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.

Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to work under pressure.
