Job Description - HR Specialist

Job Description

  • Manage payroll administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, payroll management, or related areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open-mindedness and flexibility in handling various tasks and challenges.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Certification in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus.
