Responsibilities:
To be responsible operation staff skill development by training for shop operation; product knowledge, selling technic & SOP
To ensure the score of Shop’s SOP is in the standard ranking.
To be part of product development in term of market information gathering
To be Leader of Shop Staff recruitment
Qualification:
Male / Female, age between 35 – 45 years
Bachelor of Human Resources or other related fields.
Experienced in HRM & Training department for 7 years in Food or Retailing Business would be an advantage.
Can use a computer
High leadership, experience in planning - management. And negotiation skills. And good human relations. Have good communication & interpersonal skill with good personality.
