Job Description - HR & Training Manager retail business

Company:

Bakery chain

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible operation staff skill development by training for shop operation; product knowledge, selling technic & SOP
  • To ensure the score of Shop’s SOP is in the standard ranking.
  • To be part of product development in term of market information gathering
  • To be Leader of Shop Staff recruitment

    • Qualification:

  • Male / Female, age between 35 – 45 years
  • Bachelor of Human Resources or other related fields.
  • Experienced in HRM & Training department for 7 years in Food or Retailing Business would be an advantage.
  • Can use a computer
  • High leadership, experience in planning - management. And negotiation skills. And good human relations. Have good communication & interpersonal skill with good personality.
  • Good command of English
