Job Description

- Day-to-day administrative tasks such as office management, equipment procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from recruiting and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
- Deal with employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that comply with relevant labor laws.
- Conduct performance reviews and guide professional development.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records related to human resources and administrative functions.
