Job Description - HRBP

Our client is electronic manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in human resources initiatives and by doing so helping ensure a results-oriented culture performance-strong on leadership capability, the culture of integrity, passion, and entrepreneurialism.
  • In conjunction with the HR Manager guiding employees and management on employee relations issues such as performance management, employee development, training, succession planning, etc.
  • Providing administrative and coordinative support in recruiting talent into the organization.
  • Assisting with HR administration including headcount reporting, new hires process, exit process, salary survey submissions, performance management tracking, etc.
  • Maintaining database and employee records of employee status changes, including new hires, terminations, pay, and/or title changes. Review changes according to policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely actions. Work with HR Manager on fair pay and reward structures.
  • Assisting in training & development programs for employees e.g. skills matrix, and career path to promote the learning and development of the employees.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing employee communications and programs to ensure employees feel connected to and a part of the company.
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with all applicable employment and labor regulations.
  • Following up by requirement of all standards i.e. ISO , ISO & ISO.
  • Being responsible for any other related administration, such as the maid, canteen caterer, transportation, courier, door access control, etc. as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations as well as HRD and C&B.
  • Experience in an HR generalist role preferably experience with a manufacturing business.
  • Experience with regional or matrix structure organization.
  • Able to see the big picture and manage stakeholders across levels for HR implementation with good influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Can work independently since this role does not have direct subordinates.
