HRBP Specialist (HR Asst. Manager Level) - Luxury Brand

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field


• Good skills of HRBP, recruitment, HR admin & operation


• Min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from service or retail industry


• Experience in using Workday is a plus


• Excellent communication both Thai & English language


• Independent contributor with high level of initiative


• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills


• Able to handle confidential information with care 


• Mature, people-oriented with the ability to handle employee situations


• Deadlines commitment and perform in a fast paced environment

HRM (Recruit & Admin)

• Works as HRBP for luxury retails size 200-250 headcounts.


• Partnering with Head of HR and Global people management team in the sourcing and shortlist of candidates through various recruitment channels.


• Provide performance management guidance and support in annual performance


• Formulation and rollout of HR Policies and Initiatives


• Administer employee on-boarding induction/activities


• Preparation of HR/Corporate reports (Monthly HC/FTE Reports)


• Be the point of contact for employeesÊ enquiries and requests


• Support any ad-hoc and administrative duties relating to Human Resources.

Employee Relation

• Handle employee relations issues and provide relevant HR advice both manage and resolve the problem.


• Involve with HR team and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention

Com & Ben (Do not need to do payroll)

• Work closely with the HR Share Services team on the execution of monthly.


• Monitoring payroll and all other HR transactional services provided appraisal and salary review & bonus exercise.

Training

• Identify Corporate training needs and recommend relevant courses/training


• Align working with global team to coordinate employee in case of implement new policies and any activities.
